Here to Help Therapy provides a counselling service for individuals, couples and families. It is a confidential service where clients can feel secure in a non-threatening environment allowing them to define their feelings and explore solutions.
Our counselling services will help individuals come to terms with emotions and thoughts by listening. We value each and every client as individuals and our sessions are tailored to your needs.
We understand it may be difficult to come to counselling, however everyone has a time in their life when they need someone to talk to.
